All prices listed include VAT
Payment
Payment for international buyers can be done by prepayment to our bank account.
Payment by card
Can be made through Worldline. Card payment is accepted by Visa, MasterCard and Maestro. Your payment card will be charged immediately.
Deliveries
We use Post for deliveries, normally you have your order in 5-15 days.
Accuracy of information
We put time and effort into describing and photographing the products we sell. Although we aim that every picture and description should be so good as possible, but most of the products we sell are handmade and it is very difficult to make the photos 100% accurate. We hope you have patience over that.
Wrong order
You as a customer the right to return a product that you are not satisfied with within 14 days. Return shipping paid by customer. The terms are that you haven’t used the item and that it returns in original package and in undamaged condition. If we have miss-charged an order we of course stand for the sending costs. Always notify us first by mail, if you intend to return a product.
Not Picked package
In the event that the customer chooses not to redeem the ordered shipment, the customer will be charged for the corresponding shipping, return and other costs, such as postage, any other charges we may incur. We also charge a fee of at least SEK 250 for our administrative costs results.
Right of complaint
According to Swedish law, complaints are valid for 3 years after the date of purchase.
Delivery Information
We use various transport companies, especially DHL or Postnord. If the store has calculated the shipping incorrectly at checkout, we will refund the difference. All letters, packages with DHL and Postnord can be tracked. The delivery time is normally 3-8 working days after receiving the order (if it takes longer, we will contact you). We package everything very well and carefully.
Goods damaged in transport
If an item from us is damaged in transport, regardless of whether the damage is clearly visible or hidden, this must be reported immediately to the forwarder (usually, Posten 0771-333310, or DHL 0771-345345, but no later than within 7 days. We can also be of assistance with this.
Force majeure etc
In the event of war, natural disaster, strikes, government decisions, failed deliveries from subcontractors, or similar events beyond our control which could not reasonably have been anticipated and influences agreement from us, which means that we cannot keep that agreement, shall constitute grounds that we released from our obligations to fulfill that contract.
