Delivery Information

We use various transport companies, especially DHL or Postnord. If the store has calculated the shipping incorrectly at checkout, we will refund the difference. All letters, packages with DHL and Postnord can be tracked. The delivery time is normally 3-8 working days after receiving the order (if it takes longer, we will contact you). We package everything very well and carefully.

Goods damaged in transport: If an item from us is damaged in transport, regardless of whether the damage is clearly visible or hidden, this must be reported immediately to the forwarder (usually, Posten 0771-333310, or DHL 0771-345345, but no later than within 7 days. We can also be of assistance with this.
